The Anthony Awards are literary awards for mystery writers at the Bouchercon World Mystery Convention. The awards are named for Anthony Boucher (1911 - 1968), one of the founders of Mystery Writers of America.
There have been 38 annual Bouchercon conventions, the most recent one being in [Anchorage, Alaska] in 2007. The Anthony Awards are considered some of the most prestigious awards in the world of mystery writers and have helped boost the careers of numerous recipients over the years.
The 39th Bouchercon is being planned for Baltimore, Maryland, in October, 2008.
安東尼獎是為了紀念安東尼．鮑查（Anthony Boucher，1911～1968）而設置的獎項。這位才華洋溢的推理大師，在有生之年培養無數知名的作家。後來「世界推理大會」（World Mystery Conventions）每年舉辦的活動中，便有一個獎項稱之為「安東尼獎」。這是由讀者票選出來年度最佳推理作品獎。
有很多我們都知道的作品與作者得過這個獎項，《哈利波特》也曾獲獎。另外有《神祕河流》、《屍體會說話》等等。「南方吸血鬼」第一集於2002年獲頒此獎。
